How It Works

Free 20 Minute Session

To help me determine what direction is best for you, I first start with a 20 minute coaching session over the phone. During this call we will discuss your goals, why you are looking for a coach, your limiting beliefs, and how my coaching plan can take you to the next level.


Choose a Coaching Plan

Everyone is different. They have different fears, goals, and a different timeline on when they want to reach those goals. We will determine what makes the most sense for you to help you see success in the time-frame you desire.

Reach Your Goals

We will have consistent coaching sessions where you will be pushed, challenged, and given homework to maximize your results. It may be tough and draining at times, but you need to experience these growing pains to reach that next level.

Personal Private Coaching

Coaching is about a relationship between the coach and client to create a life the client wants. It holds you accountable to make changes. Coaching is 100% confidential, non-judgmental, not advise/counseling/therapy.

More Details

Coaching works best when you attend your weekly appointments. I recommend that you complete 4 weekly sessions after which we can determine how often to meet.

Each session is 60 minutes long, with 4, 6, and 8 package sessions available.

I also offer a 90 Day Coaching Package that includes the following:
(1) 90 minute 1:1 session via Telephone or Video Chat
(12) 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions via Telephone or Video Chat
Private Facebook Group and support

Business/Organization Coaching

Liz’s training sessions are meticulously planned and designed in a manner geared towards maximum efficiency. Your time is valuable, so Liz’s goal is to best prepare you while taking up the least amount of your time possible.

Your training will be conducted as a Half Day Quarterly Session for any number of participants working for the organization.
The Organization will choose one person from their team to be the Liaison and Liz will conduct a monthly call to make certain implementation of training is going according to plan and so that she can be kept aware of progress and address any concerns and needs until the next quarterly session.

Reiki is a healing method that uses spiritually guided energy. A Reiki session can shift energy into balance and that energy supports the body’s natural ability to heal. Everyone has the ability to connect with their own energy as well as strengthen it within themselves.

More Details

Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of the energy field and charging them with positive energy. It raises the vibrations of the energy in and around the physical body where the negative thoughts and feelings are attached. This causes the negative energy to break apart and fall away. In so doing, Reiki clears, straightens and heals the energy pathways, thus allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way.

Liz is a Certified Reiki II Level Master. A typical session lasts anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Unlike what you may have heard, Reiki is not a massage, and is not affiliated with any particular religion. This practice can be used on anything that has energy – including animals!
